Nice and clean, strategic too, great

Everything was great. The staff was friendly. Overall, it was a really nice experience, making me a regular customer. However, there was one slight drawback: the bathroom floor was designed to slope slightly toward the drain. So, the water pooled because the floor was too flat.

Every weekend I have work in Bekasi and always go to Yusra Inn, the most comfortable, the most strategic because it is near the mall

The tv was bad.. just a fee channel can be seen.. and looks like the tv is broken… the old LED analog type.. internet was fair, breakfast menu was nice, but the coffee is bad..

The service needs to be improved again, some of the food was hard yesterday, if I'm not mistaken the rice noodles, the flush water in the toilet seat is not strong enough, it needs to be fixed, and the parking lot is a bit confusing when going around, because the entrance and exit routes have been changed, everything else is fine, overall good.

The favehotel logo is still there, nostalgic! Got a vintage towel (torn) & mysterious amenities (never arrived). Invisible service!

The hotel staff is friendly, they helped me with my luggage. The cleanliness is okay, but the elevator is a bit scary, it can shake on its own when going up.
