The staff was friendly and accommodating. I accidentally booked a twin bed, but they gave a double bed instead, very appreciated. The check-in was also smooth and really quick. The room was nice and clean. The cost was affordable and worth it. I had a good deep sleep.

The staff was very helpful, but it's a shame the soundproofing wasn't very good. We were very disappointed when our child was reprimanded for being too noisy, even though we've never been reprimanded in other hotels.

This is my umpteenth transit experience. The price is a bit affordable, and I really like the cleanliness, making it a comfortable place to stay. The staff are friendly, but some are a bit pushy. Hopefully, it can improve in the future, thank you.

This was my transit experience staying at this hotel. Strategic location, clean room, good reception service. Although the bathroom drain wasn't working properly, and the room service was still less than satisfactory, in my opinion, not as good as the reception downstairs. Hopefully, it can improve. Highly recommend this place.

The room was clean. The sheets were changed daily. Unfortunately, the breakfast was lacking in variety. My son isn't used to eating a heavy meal in the morning. On day 1, there was still bread, but on day 2, the bread was replaced with fried fritters, so he didn't have breakfast, just three slices of pudding. Overall, it was okay.

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, but the room cleaners are rude and even annoying. Also, this time, there was very little soap available. Please improve this, as everything is usually fine. Also, the shower drain is stagnant, so it doesn't drain immediately and dries the next day. Hopefully, this can be fixed. Thank you.

The breakfast was quite good, the room was clean and the AC was cold, the downside was that during checkout time the water in both the shower and sink became dirty, overall it was ok, please pay more attention to the water.
