The room is clean, the sheets are clean and white, but please replace the pillows. They are no longer fit for use, very thin and worn. The pillowcases are also worn out, sorry to be honest. The food tastes mediocre, and is already cold. Please improve it. The hotel's location is very strategic. Across from the hotel is Pakuwon Mall Bekasi. At night, it's also easy to find street food around the hotel.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I accidentally booked a twin bed, but they gave a double bed instead, very appreciated. The check-in was also smooth and really quick. The room was nice and clean. The cost was affordable and worth it. I had a good deep sleep.

The staff was very helpful, but it's a shame the soundproofing wasn't very good. We were very disappointed when our child was reprimanded for being too noisy, even though we've never been reprimanded in other hotels.

The service is satisfactory, friendly and the hotel is comfortable

This was my transit experience staying at this hotel. Strategic location, clean room, good reception service. Although the bathroom drain wasn't working properly, and the room service was still less than satisfactory, in my opinion, not as good as the reception downstairs. Hopefully, it can improve. Highly recommend this place.
