The staff is very friendly, I like the room with the balcony, I can sit and relax on the balcony while enjoying the atmosphere of Jalan Prawirotaman.

The condition of the hotel is quite good and clean, when checking in early in the morning there was 1 guard who was very kind and friendly even though he was guarding the room alone.. when entering the room the bathroom light was off.. the next day it was immediately replaced.. the owner was also very friendly.. with a price under 300K.. and a prime location.. in my opinion it is very decent and okay.. downstairs there is a cafe where the majority of visitors are foreigners.. nice place nice location.. especially for Mr. Agung (the owner) and the staff who are very friendly..

Nice room, clean, tidy, friendly staff and directs to the parking lot. Parking a car is a bit difficult because it is in a small alley, the driver must have high flying hours 😂.

Friendly, humble service. Clean rooms, similar area in Bali. Lots of food and cafes in front of the hotel. In the hotel there is a cafe and motorbike rental.

the room is very clean, it would be even better if there was an air freshener. strategic location & lively because it is in Prawirotaman. got a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony facing the street.. the owner and staff are all friendly.. there is a cafe downstairs and can request to be delivered to the room

Didn't expect it to be this good. On the left and right side of Via Via store, 2 minutes walk to Gelato, there is also Indomaret, close to Oasis, in front of the Por a Qui hotel. The location is very strategic, there are many hotels around here, the service is very friendly, you can leave your stuff before and after checking in/checking out, the 1st floor coffee shop has many foreigners hanging out here. The room is clean and spacious with a balcony. Nice atmosphere. Comfortable and clean. I want to come here again next time

Even though it's on the 3rd floor, the room is spacious and comfortable. The staff are all friendly. Strategic location. Many choices of snacks. The only thing lacking is the cleanliness of the bathroom. Especially the toilet. It's yellow crusty. The floor is white. Although it's still okay because the hot water shower is great.

I like everything, the staff and owner are very friendly, next time I go to Jogja I want to stay here again 😁

Overall it's nice, but the amenities are not complete enough. The lights are too dim.

Regarding the location, it's great because it's on Jl Prawirotaman so it's close to Tempo Gelato, next to Via Via Bakery, there's a cafe downstairs. Even though we had to go up to the 3rd floor with suitcases + add an extra person because there were 4 of us.

The room is comfortable, it's just a shame the hotel doesn't have a lift so it's tiring to go up to the room, especially with luggage.

A suitable hotel for backpackers. The location is in Prawirotaman close to popular places like Tempo Gelato. The road to the Trans Jogja bus stop is also not too far. In front of the hotel there is a laundry n circle ke, there is also delicious chicken soto in front.

The hotel is comfortable, close to hangouts, laundry, and there is also a cafe below. Next time I go to Jogja. I will definitely hang out here again

For the room is standard, there are only a few that may have to be replaced. co: the trash can is very dirty from cigarettes so it's a bit shaky, the door is also hard to open, the AC is also a bit error. But my request for a window was fulfilled, the staff is super friendly too, the place is really nice in the middle of Prawirotaman, below there is Adam's cafe, the food is delicious, the price is also cheap and the place is super comfortable. I think it's worth it to stay here, don't hesitate to book guys :)

The room was pretty large for such cheaper price. The room was clean, nice and having beautiful murals on the wall. The thing is, the shower in the bathroom was all over the place. Other than that was great 👍🏼

The staff is very friendly & very helpful to me. hot, normal & cold water dispenser available. varied food and beverage menu with affordable prices. there are motorbike or car rentals.
