Very bad 0/10. I planned to land at MKW at 8:00 AM on November 21, 2025 and intentionally booked on November 20-21, 2025 with the hope that upon landing I could immediately rest while waiting for check-in time at another hotel. But upon arriving at the hotel, the receptionist said the room was full! And instead blamed Traveloka because they said the voucher went to Jakarta. The staff said they did not accept vouchers from Traveloka. During my time working at the hotel, all vouchers that came into the hotel were kept until the check-out deadline instead of selling them to others. I think my room was sold to someone else and I had no choice but to be relocated to another hotel. I apologize to the hotel management, if they are not ready to use OTA, it would be better not to use it. Hopefully the staff are trained well.. the way to handle guest complaints is very bad! and instead blame the guests. I was relocated to one of the hotels that is still in the same group as Rama Hotel but the hotel is in an alley! The reason I chose this Rama Hotel was because it was on the main road, not in an alley, but instead I was relocated to a hotel in an alley. And the breakfast provided was only 1 piece of bread and 1 cup of hot tea per person. If the breakfast is only bread, please write it down! For that price, it's really not worth it. I asked to speak to the MOD but he said he wasn't there, I was given the manager's contact but I didn't pick up my call. I didn't want to write a complaint here, but because I couldn't speak to the hotel management and the manager didn't pick up my call, that's why I'm writing it here. I hope other guests don't have this terrible experience. It's better to just look for another hotel if there are other options.
