friendly staff, nice hotel, ok food, only the shower is too small

the receptionist is very friendly, providing solutions For my problem, I booked a duluxe room on the online application for a single bed because they upgraded my room to a grand duluxe room type without paying extra. the employees are very friendly, the hotel room is comfortable, the drawback is that the room is not very soundproof. for all the hotel is very good especially if you bring family because it is very close to the shopping center and mosque.

The grand deluxe room is priced at 1 million but the service is standard, the bathroom is small and wet because the shower room doesn't have a glass divider, the sink doesn't have space to put toiletries, soap, shampoo, etc., breakfast can't be taken away because my flight was in the morning.

Pesan 2 kamar untuk 4 malam, saya minta upgrade dari tipe Grand Deluxe ke tipe Signature karena ingin connecting room. Ruangan kamarnya luas dan nyaman. Untuk pembayaran di hotel hanya terima pembayaran tunai, belum bisa transfer/kartu. Di sekitar hotel ada banyak tempat makan dan kafe, dan posisi tepat di seberang Suzuya jadi mudah untuk belanja2. Akses mudah karena letaknya di jalan utama. Parkir luas di belakang hotel. Kamar kami terletak di sisi belakang tidak menghadap jalan raya, jadi tenang dan tidak bising. View dari kamar di lantai 3 ke arah perbukitan di tepi kota sangat indah sekali.

Hotel nya nyaman, kamarnya lebih bagus aslinya daripada yang keliatan di foto. Lokasi Strategis dekat kemana-mana. Area Lobby dan Restaurant juga nyaman buat nyantai. Staffnya ramah. Untuk Sarapannya enak, ada pilihan menu buat si kecil juga. Area Parkir cukup luas di belakang.
