This was my first business trip to Mataram. I found a minimalist hotel with top-quality amenities. It's close to a 24-hour Indomaret, the UNRAM campus, culinary centers, malls, and Ampenan Beach. Unfortunately, it's close to a dirty river, making the view less than pleasant.

Everything is great. Just a suggestion to management: please collaborate with local service providers—such as spa service, local souvenirs, tour guides, and transportation services—so that these can be promoted to guests when they first arrive/check in at the hotel. Thank you

The staff was friendly, we initially booked a senior double room, but they said it was overbooked. We got the one above the senior room, but the AC wasn't cold. We complained and soon after, we were moved to a junior room, I think, but that's okay, the AC was cool and cleaner. This is my second time staying here, and it's really convenient, close to everywhere.👍🏻

Strategic location. Safe and fast check-in time. The soundproofing of the rooms is not comfortable and breakfast is too late at 7:00 AM, it should be at 6:00 AM. I like the FO

Initially, I was given a room with a regular key, after 15 minutes in the room, the AC wasn't cold, finally I reported it to the receptionist, a technician came and finally I was moved to another room with a card key and thank God the AC was cold, the room wasn't dusty... The service was very responsive... It was worth staying there.
