Yesterday, I asked for a downgrade to a room because I wanted parking directly downstairs. Overall, it was okay, the room was a bit cramped, and the bathroom floor was a bit dirty. Otherwise, it was just so-so. I'd stay again if I had no other choice.

Pros: the deluxe room was spacious (20sqm), the surroundings were quiet, and the staff is moderately helpful Cons: the pillow case has stains, the towels smelled weird--like a damp laundry, the AC was loud, and the TV was small (maybe 14inch?) and we had to call the technical support because it was unable to operate. The rooms are like bungalows--separated from the main building where the front desk and restaurants were. So, to call for assistance, we had to walk to the main building because there was no way to contact the front desk from our room (there's a landline phone, but it was not connected). I hope in the future, Casa d'Ladera will improve their cleanliness and comfort, because it is such a beautiful place.

The place is okay, but when you enter the room, you really feel that it's old-fashioned. But that's okay.

The location is okay, but the hotel is a bit lacking. Dirty towels, dusty room, no amenities, dim lighting, and a spooky atmosphere. Definitely never going back to that place. Thanks.

Its an old building but I really love it. The lobby is vintage and the yard was spacious. The only comment from me is the maintanance of the area itself, it need to be clean a little bit. Overall, I enjoyed my stay there and love to stay again whenever I go to bandung.

Good, strategic location near UPI and close to the city center, and Lembang is only 15 minutes away.

The hotel design is interesting and unique in my opinion, but perhaps because the room is located downstairs and in a corner, it feels a bit uncomfortable, although that was my choice in choosing that room.

The hotel staff is friendly, not noisy and family friendly, easy to access by vehicle, not difficult to find, for bathroom facilities such as the water heater, please improve it in the future

When I went in, I checked the drinking water, and it turned out to be someone's... and there were no amenities, just towels.

My three-day stay here was pleasant and comfortable. I got a room with parking directly downstairs, making it easier to access. The air conditioning was cool, the service was friendly, the food was delicious—it was simply the best.

Quite commensurate with the economical price. Ample parking and shade.

At least the bed covers are clean and the bathroom is cleaned.

The Asda bed sheets were stained, the towels smelled like they hadn't been washed, and the amenities were incomplete.

Old 'Colonial' building but kept in quite good shape. Room clean but slightly scruffy, Bed sheeting style uncomfortable - very old dutch style perhaps. There was a menu but no phone and no indication of how to order, so I called GoFood. Decor clean but a bit tatty. Cheeck-in and out very good. Staff friendly. I didn't see any indication of Wi-Fi, and no phone to ask, so I didn't use it if it was available.

Very aesthetic. Stayed from October 16, 2025 to October 22, 2025, it was like being in your own home environment.. and it was very easy to find transportation and there are food stalls around the hotel.. thank you cada d'ladera hopefully we can stay there again

I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, it was still good, but the room was hot, and the atmosphere in the room was a bit scary, maybe because the lighting was not good enough.

The cleanliness is very lacking, there's a lot of hair in the corners. Maybe the sheets and towels need to be replaced with new ones. It's a shame that everything is poorly maintained, even though the location is strategic. I'm sure if it's well maintained, this hotel will be much better in the future.

At this rate, it's reasonable. Old building. Spacious rooms. Hot water. Air conditioning. Parking available.
