The location is very strategic, just straight ahead 50 m is the main road where the platinum mall, krung thong, Big C, Tofu and others are. The environment is quiet, not crowded & bustling with street vendors. Lots of street food, halal ones are also available. Souvenir shops, banks & ATMs are also available. Right next to the hotel there is a Thai massage with affordable prices. The hotel is very clean & shiny. The staff are also helpful & responsive. It's just that there is no electric kettle & coffee / tea in the room. But it's okay because it is provided in the lobby from 4 am to 12 noon.

The hotel and receptionists were good. But the cleaners were too noisy. My room was opposite to their room and they talked and laughed loudly. The room did not have any toothpaste and tooth brush, no hair dryer, air conditioner was licking water all nights, the bed was not stable. I will never return.

Relative room, is an old hotel that is carefully preserved, in-room equipment is not as complete as dryer, slippers in the room. The hotel is very close to the market but quite far from the bst (about 15 minutes on foot), this hotel is only suitable for business, not suitable for family travel.

Everything was beyond my expectation and in a good way. The staffs were surprisingly very helpful! So I once was forgot to bring my toothpaste and I asked whether they have it as complimentary or I should pay for it. They told me they don't provide toothpaste and they offered me to buy it at the nearest 711 instead. On the other hand, they will surely lend their hand over your luggage so don't worry :)
