The hotel staff is friendly and close to Gleneagles Hospital.

Location was strategic with no-frills checking in and out. Staff at the front desk were helpful. The room is spacious and clean enough for a no-frills stay.

The atmosphere & room, everything is ok... Only the aircon is not cold... Maintenance has come to adjust the temperature... but it's still not cold at night... it feels hot... only in the morning did I see the aircon leaking...

I stayed for 3 nights, but only received amenities for 1 night. The room service did not clean the room every day. And when I asked for mineral water on the second day, the office boy gave it to me with an angry emotion.

Very comfortable. The facilities were okay, but the TV reception was very poor. So I shut the TV and just watched a movie on my phone.

Spacious room with a great location very close to the Gleneagles hospital and to the bay. Hotel breakfast was amazing too, and the in-house restaurant is pretty good if you can't go outside for food.

Old hotel. The room smells bad. The furniture is all old.

The room key must be reset repeatedly. In extreme cases, the key cannot be used. A long wait is required.

Services is good from staff in front. There is a shuttle from the hotel to the hospital. Cleanliness needs to be improved, especially in the bathroom. Breakfast had enough variety, but the taste needs to be improved a lot, even the coffee machine, only a bit of coffee taste.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We got a free upgrade to a larger room. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy walking distance to malls and hospitals.

Very nice hotel near the hospital

The first night I arrived here at 4 PM, they gave me a room on the 4th floor, and the AC is not cool even using the coolest setting until 7 PM (like more than 25c degrees). I know they have a cooler AC from my stay before, but they look like reluctantly giving a room with a cooler AC to me, and I am sick just getting back from hospital treatment now and need a cooler room. They check the temperature with a temperature check tool by shooting inside the AC, they said inside the AC is 15c, I said who cares inside the AC? I need 15c in the room not inside the AC. After I denied several times it is still more than 25c, they offer me to move to a room on the 5th floor. After 15-30 minutes the AC is still not cool, and I complain again, and they check the AC with the same stupid tool that shows inside AC only is 15c, but the room is more than 25c. I complain again, finally, they offered me a room at 10th floor, we tested it and waited in the room for 30 minutes, and this one is cool less than 20c degrees. I settle down in this 10th floor room like at 11 PM, so it takes several hours just to move to the cooler room, and I am sick too from hospital, can you imagine how tired I am? Other service is good, you can take away the breakfast to eat in your room, internet is fast enough. Just remember to bring a temperature check tools, to check the AC temperature in the room (not inside AC) if you can't stand hot AC to make the complain faster.

I booked 3 rooms for 2 nights but had to pay an additional MYR 78 for tax at the receptionist. Late check-in was smooth, AC and TV functioned properly, but the bathroom floors need a repair/polish. Wellings Pharmacy is next to the hotel.
