The room was very cramped, barely even putting my suitcase in. The lobby was hot, the AC was dead, and when I complained, the customer service remained silent. There were only tissues in the bathroom. Breakfast was with a voucher, not a buffet, but eaten at the restaurant next door. The hot and cold water didn't work.

Take the superior king type, it has a balcony, it's a pleasure to stay here because the location is very strategic. Just leave the hotel and go straight to the Kayutangan Heritage area.

The staff lacked smiles during check-in and check-out. There were no tissues in the room, and a kettle wasn't available, but one could be borrowed. Shower water always spilled out because there was no water barrier, making it difficult to slip.

Nice staff, good environment, clean room, but the soundproofing wasn't good. The kid in the next room was noisy, and it could be heard in my room. It was very annoying.

Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a very dirty floor, with hair from the previous guest and tissue residue all over it. Worst of all, the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned; it was covered in moss and slippery. The sheets and blanket looked like they hadn't been changed, with blood stains on the blanket. The balcony floor was extremely dirty.

delicious food at affordable prices

The location is really good in the city and the surrounding area is full of delicious food and snacks, if you want to find something to eat it's really easy, just walk. Close to viral foods, just walk, I tried Bakso Cak Toha, Sate Gebug, it was really delicious and close to the hotel. Also, the meatballs on the roadside near the hotel were delicious. It's also close to a souvenir shop called Pia Cap Mangkok. The room was clean and comfortable, the wifi was good, the staff was friendly, and the car parking was easy.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful, check-in time was helped earlier because there was a room ready earlier, very nice!! The Wi-Fi is fast, the room is very comfortable and clean. Allowed to borrow a hairdryer and water heater, just ask the staff, even though it is not kept in the room but we can borrow it just by calling. Very satisfied!!

Cons: • With a price above IDR 700,000, some basic amenities such as a kettle and a safe deposit box are not provided. • Breakfast is not Muslim-friendly, as the restaurant inside the hotel serves non-halal food. Muslim guests are given an IDR 50,000 voucher per person to dine at a nearby restaurant. • The area can be quite noisy due to live music until midnight. • The window does not close properly, allowing outside noise to be heard.

The location is excellent, with plenty of hangouts nearby. Breakfast is available at a nearby restaurant. The rooms are small but clean, comfortable enough for a 1-2 night stay.
