The water heater wasn't working. We informed reception staff and they adjusted it twice. The second time, even at the lowest setting, the water was still not warm. We tried showering with three people, and it was the same problem. This happened on both nights we stayed in a triple room next to the fire escape. There were ants in the room, the bath mat was dirty, and the room smelled dusty. However, all the staff were lovely.
