Overall, very good. Beautiful view, swimming pool, breakfast buffet, 24-hour front desk, complete facilities. Most importantly, the air conditioning was very cool! I loved it. (The only downside was the hot water wasn't very hot.)

Booked two nights in advance to request a high floor of the hotel for a city view and paid in advance. However, when I arrived at the front desk to check in, the staff informed me that the room in the package you booked was not available on the high floors, only on the second floor. If you had stated this feature/limitation on the booking page, you would have been able to choose other packages or other places instead to meet your needs. I was a little disappointed.

The bed is soft and comfortable. The private bathroom is just okay. I don't know about meals because I didn't wake up in time.
