The place is clean (bed and bathroom, hall and around the hotel). What I concern here is the parking area is very limited for car.

The hotel/guest house staff are friendly and helpful. Feels like staying at home, around many food stalls.

Thought it was a hotel, apparently a boarding house, there was no information in front of it so it was difficult to find.

Cons: You won't easily find the place because its hidden behind big black gate and when I horn in front of the gate, the security not opening the gate until I come through to open the gate myself, that time he approach me. Its private outside and neighbourhood is quite but the bed is squeaky and you could literally hear knocking/shower sound from your neighbour room means it lacks of soundproofing (privacy in your room). The shower and TV also sometimes lagging. Pros: Slightly bigger room from average price could afford, great hospitality from room host, the room is insanely clean for said 1 star place, there is some window for you to see the atmosphere, quite strategic area and secured.

The place is comfortable, clean, and the mattress smells good.

Suitable for a staycation, so far the cleanest in this price range. The room is quite spacious, there is a refrigerator and wardrobe. On my floor there is a small pantry, maybe on each floor too. Not too big for parking. Don't forget to bring toilet tissue and slippers when staying.

Really worth for its price! Clean room, has a decent fridge (not a hotel fridge shit), decent and clean bed. The only downside is when I check out mas2nya playing mobile legend and didn't check my room immediately for claiming deposit purposes. Overall very good.
