Recommended! A 5-night stay at this hotel is worth it. It's easily accessible and close to Alfamart, food stalls, and more. You can also go to the TJ (traditional Chinese restaurant) by walking about 600 meters.

For staying alone, the room size is sufficient, friendly, like at home. The surrounding area has many food vendors close to Alfa and the Kwitang Transjakarta bus stop is just a short walk away.

This place feels a lot more like home. Simple small room, super clean. Easy to find food places. Recommended.

The room is quite comfortable for one person, for transit or a short stay. It's clean, the air conditioning is cool, prayer mats are provided, there are towels, but unfortunately the toiletries are only soap. By the way, the cupboard and table are quite large. It's just a bit difficult to find the place, because there are no banners or signs for the place, so it looks like a regular house. I wanted to ask someone, but it seemed like the people there were not very friendly. Luckily, the number was quite fast to respond.

I rented a single-bed room and it was perfect—great value for the price! The manager of the accommodation, Yan, was especially kind and helpful. I felt really comfortable and welcome during my stay, and I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Jakarta. It's always good to stay where good people are :)

Super duper recommend This is for those looking for a place to stay near St. Pasar Senen after a long trip, staying here is nice. Close to the station and lots of food around, also close to bing bing and Alfa. If your tourist destination is in Central Jakarta, just stay here, but yes, the view is not city lights (the view of the roof tiles), and the room is clean, cool, and fragrant.

the concept is more like a homestay, when you enter you are greeted by the owner/guardian carried your suitcase upstairs I got a room with access to the outside window so I don't need to turn on the lights during the day I really like it here, the cleanliness is quite okay, the toilet is standard, for resting alone for a day or two, it's quite comfortable access to a minimarket near the front of the alley, access to warteg:/food around is also affordable AC in the room is also cool, no error Samsek, it's really cold in fact I said for 1 small room there is a table, cupboard, mirror, well basically it's okay a warm experience because it's my 1st time going to Jakarta & getting cheap accommodation here!
