It was a great place to stay while waiting for your flight. I just hope there were more options for food to eat.

The facilities is OK. However sofa seat need to be maintained or upgraded for more comfort.

Arrived at midnight. Only food available was luke warm noodles which looked like they had been cooked 1 week before. Lots of empty cups and plates left around and no staff around to clean it up.

Unfriendly officer; Small cockroach at nite; No electricity in toilet until 5 am; Last nite food for breakfast …. Definitely won't stay again at nite.

Great facilities, even the front desk staffs are very nice and well detailed explanation, cause I purchased 3hours package that includes shower. Its worthed for me while waiting flight to jakarta at 7am. I wish I will come again to this lounge if I have another flights.

The menu option "5 hours lounge at Ambassador" is fraudulent and very disappointing, description: 1 person/6m2 room, gets 1 long chair for sleeping, there is a bathroom, toiletries & towels. The price is 1 million. Even on the pricelist it still says 5 rooms left, which means that what we ordered was a room not a lounge! It turned out that what we got was just an ordinary sitting lounge, there were no rooms at all. There are rooms according to the description named Nap Suite but they are not sold in the application. So this makes the customer confused. The description doesn't match the title. Watch out. Choose your room carefully!

Staff are friendly and professional, chairs should be more comfortable.

The terminal is located inside the departure gate. Need a boarding pass. Then stay for only 5 hours. Can it be called a hotel? This should be included in the experience category in the online application. Not a hotel. I think if they want to be a hotel they can force them to change their rules and not make it difficult for guests. At least showing the booking code is enough to convince the departure gate clerk, while waiting for the printed boarding pass

This is my first time staying at a transit hotel so I don't know the rules, if you thank the rock bus again. At the transit hotel, you must print the flight ticket that I will use. 11 12 hours before departure I must print a ticket booking. Print in years. can only enter the hotel. in the taha-ana area: there is a train. which can be between terminals. Pretty good to rest for 6 hours. The bathroom is outside but really clean. This price is cheap in Singapore, hehe. if I'm not tired. Let me go around the terminal looking for sports photos for documentation. It's too bad I'm so tired that it's a comfortable rest and this is a good hotel if you want to rest comfortably.

The lounge was super noisy! Not because there were many people but the staffs were making tons of noise. Food was also terrible. Honestly it wasn't worth the money staying there. The only thing that was of value is the shower.

The food is tolerable for those who use the lounge 5 hours from 1 am to 6 am totally unable to sleep well, because the bench is not comfortable to sleep. Outside the lounge, the terminal area can still be sound as you can stretch your legs. Prices do not match the space provided.

The hotel was clean and tidy. For make better service I suggest to renewable the chair with the chair leg placement.

Yes, just a standard like the lounge.

Not convenient, no sleeping lounge chairs, loud music blasting all night, food even my pets won't eat. For 60$ you can eat true Singapore food in terminal area several times, sleep in sleeping lounges for free and no blasting music. The only thing I found useful was the shower. And it was Cold, the heater didn't work. So cold shower at 4:30 a.m.

In the photo printed on traveloka, the room is listed. So we booked 2 rooms for transit for 5 hours. Arriving at the hotel, we were only given 2 seats for rest and a public bathroom. Very disappointing. Also in the statement written the hotel is located at terminal 3, it turns out that it is in terminal 2.

What a joke! I thought they were bringing me to a utility closet. It took 5 minutes to be able to open a door for me. Not worth the money. Had to walk through dark corridors and wait in the dark till they could open the door. I was shocked!
