The hotel is located near the KTMB station, easy to access, and also has a good hotel room ambience.

It's my 2nd stay here and if I'm not mistaken, I got the same room I stayed in the last time. The room is at a corner and has views on 2 sides of the hotel, as shown in the photos. The windows span almost the entire length and width of the room. There are 2 parking areas. One is out in the open, in front of the main entrance. The other is a single level basement, just after the hotel. Though I mostly parked out in the open the last time I was here, this time around, I parked solely in the basement. The basement is doesn't accommodate more than a dozen cars and is dark most of the time. There's an entrance/exit to an elevator that goes up to the rooms. My room is large with a desk and chair in one corner with a mini fridge below the desk. At another corner is a dressing table with mirror. There are 2 armchairs with a side table in between by the bed. There were 4 bottles of Moma brand of water plus a water dispenser in the lobby. The bathroom has a bathtub but to rain shower. The shower provided good pressure and changes temperatures within a second or two. No complaints here and don't miss the rain shower. Unless you must have breakfast in the hotel, it's best you have it elsewhere. Though the breakfast venue is on Level 4, the elevator door don't exactly open up to it. Be brave, step out of the elevator, make left out to the stairs and walk down a flight of stairs. The bright lights will guide you to some simple grub. Though it's convenient, the variety is very limited. If you are not fussy about quality or taste, but just need the volume, your rumbling tummy will be happy. I will most likely stay here again the next time I'm in Kluang.

Older high end hotel in Kluang. On site car park with security stationed in lobby. Arrived 4pm due to jams. Hassle free check in. Got rooms 704, 705 & 607 Sufficient large clean rooms. My room kettle lid was broken but still works. The non-slip mat in the tub was really nasty. The hose in my room leaks badly and soaked the floor mat completely during my shower. 705 had faint cigarette smell & had a power failure that required remediation by technical folks. Response was fast.

Lovely hotel with clean and spacious room. It is not new but very well maintained. All facilities worked well.

Very spacious room for our family room. Ample parking in the basement as well as in the open carpark. Eating places nearby. Only setback is the poor soundproofing. Can hear noises from adjacent rooms and the corridor.

We came earlier to Kluang and dropped our baggage first at the hotel before check-in time. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. Even though it is not a new building, it is well maintained. The staff is also friendly. The location is just a walkable distance to Laman Kreatif area, a minimarket, and in front of the hotel, there is a cake shop which their salted corn choux is the best. Also, you can try Ngepot Cabin, a comfort food court near the hotel for your dinner or night snack.

The hotel is in the middle of Kluang. Assessable stalls and restaurants. Nice hotel.

Children like it, the room is spacious and beautiful. Sleeping is comfortable

I would recommend this hotel! The rooms were spacious and clean. Comfy bed and pillows. Strong shower. Ample place to keep bags. Really friendly front desk. Great location to many food places and banks. Very close to the KTM station. Only issue I had was the bathroom can get really wet after a shower even with shower curtains.

The hotel is very well maintained, has its own parking lot, easy to park, all facilities are ok. Comfortable.
