Always a home to us when we are in Baler. Very friendly staff. Almost a family to us already. 😊

The rooms and bathrooms were so-so. The bathroom wasn't so clean and had a funky smell. Didn't mind so much since we were out most of the time. Amenities were great- pool, pool-side restaurant, garden which is beach front. It's walking distance to several other restaurants and coffee shops. Food and drinks in their restaurant were good! Service was also pretty good.

The place was very nice, however, we experienced some problems. First, the flash and bidet were broken. Same with the shower. Second, we didn't know that the free breakfast was up until 8:30 AM only. The staff didn't inform us about this while we're checking in. Also, I booked through online. Much better if information in the site were correct.

The swimming pool wasn't available when we came into the resort. Nobody informed us beforehand. When we came into the booked room the airconditioner wasn't good. We were transfered into another room. However, my brother's clothes were soaked wet after the AC leaked. The staff were accommodating and kind but the experience was really terrible. The place was also nice and clean. Breakfast was also good. I just hope they fixed the AC units and the pool.

Breakfast service was not good. They supposed to be prepared beforehand and know the people checked in. In so, people will not wait for too long for the breakfast to be served. But, overall service was good.

It was our 2nd visit to Nalu and we were delighted that they have a pool already! Made my kids extremely happy. Only downside was that most of the food items in their restaurant was out of stock but nevertheless,it's an awesome resort. Will definitely go back!

A pleasant stay! The beds are very comfy we spent almost our entire stay sleeping 😁 The surf school of Nalu is also recommended. For 350/hr you get an instructor, pictures and a free drink ❤️

We arrived 8:30 AM at Baler and we went to Nalu just to drop our bags before we start our Day Tour but they allowed us to check in early (since no one previously occupied our room)! Also, my friends and I noticed how good their food was! And the good thing about it is that the quality of food would have been overpriced somewhere else. I love that you can splurge on their delicious menu without breaking the bank! Overall, a pleasant stay at Nalu. Definitely worth the money you'll spend.

I like the place. They let us check in int our room earlier. Their staff is accommodating. The place is so tropical and beachfront. We avail their surfing for 350.00 with free drinks and pictures. I was glad we stayed in this resort for the weekend. I love shooting during the sunrise. Definitely recommended. But the down is that the signal here is slow so definitely you'll have that all by yourself weekend without connecting to the outside world.

Nalu served as our home away from the city for 3 days and 2 nights. The location is a superb beachfront view, right at the center of everything (restaurants, cheap food trucks, surf location). The Premier Loft that we stayed in was able to accommodate our group of 8. Bathroom needs improvement as it is so bare, I thought it was in mid-construction. Bath towels were provided though which is a plus. There are no cabinets in place so we ended up keeping our clothes in our bag, so that's another area for improvement. Restaurant offers all-day breakfast meals (bit pricey, they could trim the price down to be worth it), the milkshakes are great, canned beers are also available which is a plus! The best part of our stay was the surfing lessons coming from the Nalu trainers! For 350php, we get an hour of surfing, photo documentation by Kuya Lew, and a free can of beer! However, since there are 8 of us, they weren't able to accommodate all of us in providing the boards so they others paid for the same amount without the free beer.I hope they provide more boards soon. 8/10 will recommend to peers! Looking forward to the construction of the premier nipa hut!!!
