Stayed in a premier deluxe room for 3 nights. Very satisfied, nothing to complain. The room is clean and spacious, comfortable and safe for toddlers, the bed and pillows are also comfortable. The balcony is wider than most hotels, there are tables, chairs, and wall sofas facing the pool. The bathroom is also spacious and well-maintained, not old-fashioned, the shower room is good and the design does not make water stagnate, the large/wide bathtub can be used for two people (even three with a toddler). The standard pool, not too big/luxurious, but clean and very proper for swimming, my child is happy even though the water is cold. The location of the hotel is very strategic, around there are many choices of cafes and clothing stores, across from the hotel there is a minimarket, you can walk to the Ubud art market area too. The hotel's vibe is calm but not scary at all, there is no noisy sound even though it is surrounded by night cafes, overall very comfortable. Breakfast is not varied but quite good, the main course is a la carte (the buffet is only drinks, bread, and dessert) but served very properly, only the fried rice tastes lacking/bland because it may be adjusted to the tongue of foreigners. I had time to request porridge for my baby who didn't want to eat anything and it was really made ❤️. The majority of those staying were foreign tourists, I didn't even meet any local guests at all, but all the staff/waiters did not discriminate in their service, all were very very friendly, especially to our baby. We asked for additional towels in the room because we brought a toddler and it was really given directly without being charged. In short, we really enjoyed our stay here, if we go to Ubud again maybe we will stay here again. The hotel is recommended, hopefully it can maintain its quality or even improve it to be more perfect 🥰❤️
