There were cockroaches in the bathtub, and small mice got in at night. There's a hole in the bottom of the door. A nice, comfortable place near the beach.

Great, highly recommended for a family vacation

Highly recommended for those looking for a hotel in Anyer. This one is great, with excellent service, and cleanliness. Bringing babies and toddlers is a breeze; book a large room. I stayed here yesterday.

The best friendly service, fast response

Ok, first, when we arrived and checked in, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, even escorting us to the room. Then, upon entering the room, overall it was clean and prepared, like the AC was already on. However, I was disappointed that the kitchen was dirty, and the equipment was also in bad shape. It would be better to discard or replace them, like the spatula which had no handle, the non-stick coating on the Teflon pan was peeling and burnt, and the dining table was dirty, as if wiped carelessly. The refrigerator was dirty and smelly, and the dishwashing sponge was very grimy. The front desk said if we needed anything, we could WhatsApp them. But at 7 PM, when I tried to request an extra bed via WhatsApp, there was no response. I had to go down there in person. An extra bed for IDR 200,000 per night is not worth it, considering the mattresses were torn and very dirty. The queen-size mattress was also sunken, plus the room had many mosquitoes. My baby had trouble sleeping due to the mosquitoes; it felt like we just wanted to wait for morning to go to the beach. The location is good because it has direct access to the public beach. The bathroom floor gets wet all the time because the water pools, and the floor mat is not absorbent, making the floor prone to being wet. My suggestion is, after guests check out, please replace the dishwashing sponge as it's a breeding ground for bacteria. Thanks.

The room I stayed in was poorly maintained. The drywall was leaking, threatening to collapse. The AC was noisy, the sheets were stained, and the paint was dull, and it smelled damp. I don't know if the cottage would be any better.

A great hotel for a vacation or short getaway with the family, close to a pretty good beach. However, the cleanliness could be improved, even though it's an older hotel.

The staff is friendly and helpful in meeting the needs of visitors, direct beach access and very comfortable rooms.

This is my umpteenth time at the Nuansa Bali Hotel, and it's highly recommended. Great service and great facilities. The beach is clean, there are plenty of snacks, and the kids are happy relaxing on the beach. Overall, it's great!

The cottage is close to the beach, and the cottage is still in good condition. The heated pool is perfect for kids. Street food is available at reasonable prices. Check-in and check-out are easy, and the staff is friendly and communicative.

Anyway, recommended and would like to go back there again.
