During my stays at hotels ranging from one-star to five-star, this was the only one where I didn't receive drinking water, not even a water dispenser, because I chose a room-only option. Every other room-only hotel I've stayed in has provided drinking water.

The staff is friendly, the food is delicious.

The atmosphere is nice, cool, and the service is good.

The location is strategic, right in front of Hotel Santika, so it's easy to get everywhere, just a short walk to the Clock Tower, the Sianok Canyon Panorama, and the Japanese Tunnel. There are plenty of food stalls, minimarkets, and pharmacies around the hotel. The downside is the underground parking area, which is limited. One more thing: I booked a double bed... but instead I got two twin beds pushed together, so I felt like I was squeezing into the middle connection. Overall, the breakfast was decent, the view was beautiful, the room was clean, the bathroom was also clean with a water heater, tea, coffee, and sugar provided, and the Wi-Fi was quite fast.

The hotel is comfortable for families, the rooms are large and clean, but the bathroom is not very clean and the entrance to the car park is too steep so my car got stuck.

Secara keseluruhan, kamarnya bagus, tapi karena saya menginapnya mendadak jadi gak bawa sikat gigi, ternyata gak disediakan oleh hotel. Juga air mineral botol ataupun galon tidak ada. Saya yang kelelahan terpaksa keluar kamar lagi untuk beli itu semua. Saya cuma bawa 1 celana panjang biar gak kusut karena mau dipakai besoknya lagi, saya buka pas tidur. Ternyata kaki saya jadi gatal-gatal.

Kamar mandinya bersih banget. Tempat tidur nyaman karena terang. Dan menu sarapan walaupun enggak variatif tapi rasanya lumayan. Staff-nya juga ramah. Kalau ke Bukittinggi nanti bakal ke sini lagi ☺.

Very fast response. Really problem solving. Rescheduling and requests for extra beds are handled quickly and responsively. The service of the hotel and cafe is really top.

Superior room rate Rp. 600,000, I think the room is too small. With that rate, I think the variety of breakfast is also very small. Only lontong nails are available which are very cold when served. A little porridge and soup. Taste is too salty too. No hot sweet tea when I stayed. Just orange syrup I thought it was orange juice. A little coffee and milk. Very disappointed with the breakfast. Really minimalistic and lacking taste. Plus the bathroom in the room is quite clean and the receptionist is very friendly.

The rooms are decent, not so spacious but clean. I like the shower the most. Very clean! Only the breakfast menu lacks variety and takes a long time to reload, so you have to wait a while because it seems to be cooked first, it can't be delivered to the buffet right away.
