The location is very strategic, close to food and souvenir shops and also close to the bus stop.

The air conditioning in my capsule wasnt working, but the staff gave us a mini fan. Opening the curtain a bit to let the central Aircon in also worked. Lovely stay as usual.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Apart from the fact that there’s no elevator so if you’ve got big luggage, it might be a bit hard to carry it upstairs, everything was great! The staff were all friendly and helpful. They always smiled at me and offered assistance whenever I needed it. The beds, toilets, and shared areas were clean, and I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is also convenient since it’s close to both Chinatown and Maxwell MRT stations. If you’re traveling on a budget, this place is perfect for you.

The staff was very friendly and accommodated me so well. The whole experience definitely made for tourists with the services and facilities. The whole place was clean, and the breakfast varies from light to heavy meals. Definitely recommend for short stays (because they don't really have big spaces for luggage).

I found this place really convenient. I booked a private room with 4 dome beds for my group of 4 friends, so it worked out like having our own private space—cozy and private. If you’re traveling in a group of 4, I definitely recommend booking this type of room. The room was clean, and each bed had its own locker, mirror, light, and power socket, which was super handy. What I especially liked was the fully online check-in process, very modern! If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage at the lobby and go out to eat or explore, then come back to check in via the kiosk/app when it’s time. The check-out process was also very straightforward—just drop the card in the box at the reception desk. Overall, fast and efficient. Breakfast was free, but well-prepared. The location is right in the lovely Chinatown area, which is great, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk to the MRT. Love to come back here someday.

The staff are very friendly and kind, especially during check-in (they have a self-check-in machine) and are really patient in helping if there are any problems. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, the common space is comfortable, however the soundproofing is not good so it depends on whether the person in the next room keeps order or not. Overall the hotel is still okay.

Nice hotel at the center of Singapore

I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel’s location is excellent , conveniently situated with easy access to various destinations around Singapore. The room was clean and tidy, exactly as advertised, which I appreciated. However, I found the service underwhelming. When I asked for nearby recommendations, I was simply directed to read the pamphlet. I also noticed that while other guests were personally shown how to use the shoebox system and escorted to their rooms, I only received verbal instructions despite checking in right before them. It wasn’t a big issue, but the inconsistency was noticeable. More importantly, when I asked the staff about getting to the station for a 3 a.m. departure, I was not informed that the subway does not operate during those hours. Though it might be common sense for them, I was completely exhausted (returned at 11pm due to an event) and trusted the staff info. This lack of essential information could have seriously affected my travel plans had I not double-checked myself. All in all, the stay was decent but the staff could have been more proactive
