I am someone who rarely leaves online reviews. But this time, I feel I need to share my experience. I have been staying at this hotel for outstation trips since before UiTM Dengkil opened. This hotel has always been pleasant and it is my favourite hotel when I attend courses in Putrajaya. However, lately I feel that this hotel needs refurbishment. It makes me sad. I checked in around 9.30 to 10.00 pm and I was very tired. The bathroom shower had no light? The next morning, I noticed that the air conditioner was dusty. Was it serviced properly? The dust was clearly visible on the vent and stick on mirror. The ceiling got stains too. The tissue box had only about five pieces left? In terms of staff, I am satisfied with their hospitality. But please improve the facilities if you want to maintain in hotel line industry.

Everything was great. Nice design, huge room, good smell. With cheap price will get free simple breakfast. It was good. Location ok. But the only thing, my room got small old air conditioner. Its can not cover overall room. Feel quite hot.

Nice, new hotel, all friendly staff. A bit far from the Airport. We book a room without breakfast, but we still dikasi breakfast. Satisfactory.

First of all the smell is so nice whenever you enter the hotel lobby. Room was clean and tidy with good WiFi connection.
