A very bad experience staying at this hotel. There was nothing good about it. First, we were given a terrible room. It smelled of cigarettes to the point of vomiting, and the door lock was broken. It was like a warehouse. Eventually, we were given another room that was almost identical, but without the cigarette smell. There was no hot water, and it was very stuffy. They promised easy transportation to the airport. It turned out to be very difficult. The staff was helpful but didn't seem to care. In the end, we found our own transportation, and we did. However, we missed our flight to Sydney. Be careful staying at this hotel. Don't be fooled by its name.

I am someone who rarely leaves online reviews. But this time, I feel I need to share my experience. I have been staying at this hotel for outstation trips since before UiTM Dengkil opened. This hotel has always been pleasant and it is my favourite hotel when I attend courses in Putrajaya. However, lately I feel that this hotel needs refurbishment. It makes me sad. I checked in around 9.30 to 10.00 pm and I was very tired. The bathroom shower had no light? The next morning, I noticed that the air conditioner was dusty. Was it serviced properly? The dust was clearly visible on the vent and stick on mirror. The ceiling got stains too. The tissue box had only about five pieces left? In terms of staff, I am satisfied with their hospitality. But please improve the facilities if you want to maintain in hotel line industry.

Everything was great. Nice design, huge room, good smell. With cheap price will get free simple breakfast. It was good. Location ok. But the only thing, my room got small old air conditioner. Its can not cover overall room. Feel quite hot.

Nice, new hotel, all friendly staff. A bit far from the Airport. We book a room without breakfast, but we still dikasi breakfast. Satisfactory.
