The room was clean and comfortable, but there were some stains on the bedsheets, and the TV wouldn't turn on and the AC wasn't cold enough.

The ceiling of the room leaked, causing the floor to be flooded, so that my bag and cell phone got wet, the sink was broken, there was no soap, the bathroom door was broken, there were lots of mosquitoes.

I have stayed here twice, but this time I couldn't sleep, room 108's AC was noisy, the sound of the AC was very disturbing. So I couldn't sleep. A bit disappointed because this is one of my favorite hotels when I go to BKL. Next time I stay here, I have to check the AC first.

We from the hotel management apologize to Mr. Nedi Yalman for the inconvenience. We have also confirmed to the hotel staff that there were no complaints from the guest during their stay & the room was ready to sell without any problems. Then we have also asked for clarification from the Guest regarding this review, and confirmed that there had been no damage since the afternoon (when checking in). The incident occurred at midnight & Mr. Nedi confirmed that there was indeed no notification to the staff about the problem until check-out time. However, with humility, we sincerely apologize for the miscommunication. We will also continue to improve the quality of service & accommodation. Thank you.

Kamarnya bagus sesuai harga, kamarnya bersih dan rapi, petugas hotel ramah, lokasi strategis, kekurangan hanya di AC yang kurang dingin, air mandi yang kurang kencang, ditambah lagi tempat parkir yang sangat terbatas.
