The hotel doesn't know how many stars it is but the toilet in the lobby is dirty as if no one has cleaned it for a month. When I booked a room, they said check in at 2pm and if I want early C/I, it's 50k/1h. That means the room was available at that time. But I didn't buy early C/I and chose to go out to eat and wait for the room. When I got home after 2pm, they said the room I booked was not available and said they would give me a free upgrade and asked me to rate it 5 stars on Google. While it was the hotel's fault, they also said the customer rated it 5 stars. The hotel said if I wanted to stay in the right room category, I had to wait (if I waited too long, I would make up for that on the check-out day. But I didn't need to because I left early on the check-out day so I didn't need to check out late). I was tired from traveling all day so I gave the staff a 5-star review and went to my room to rest. But when I got to my room, the room was a twin bed combined together, which was very uncomfortable. I turned on the DND button in my room but the housekeeping staff still knocked on the door. I don't know what DND means or I don't care anymore. The first time here is also the last time But the good thing is that the hotel rents motorbikes, although the motorbikes are very old. khách sạn cần cải thiện wf tầng 2, buồng phòng thay vỏ gối bị vết đen cho khách. Phòng có muỗi do ở lầu 2, nhưng không mở cửa sổ vẫn bị côn trùng đốt.

Tầng 2 wifi lag chơi không nổi ván game, phòng thì điều hoà hỏng nên đổi sang phòng có điều hoà thỉnh thoảng kêu to như kéo xe v đó. Lần 1 ở ok mà lần 2 quay lại tệ quá, khách sạn nên cải thiện vđề wifi tại tầng 2. Chưa kể còn có côn trùng gì đó gây ngứa cho khách dù không mở cửa sổ.
