Good service, clean, close to the city center, private parking garage, and helpful bus attendants. Soundproofing is a bit poor; I can clearly hear the noise from the neighboring building.

The hotel has an old-fashioned design, but it's quite clean and well-equipped. It's close to Da Lat market, and the security guard is extremely polite and friendly. Note: the hotel offers motorbike rental, but the price is a bit higher than outside (150k/day). I picked up the motorbike at 6 am today and returned it at 1 pm tomorrow, which counts as two days. So please consider this if you're planning to ask the hotel to rent a motorbike for you.

Due to unavoidable circumstances (heavy rain and landslides at Prenn and Mimosa passes), there are recommendations not to go unless absolutely necessary, so the trip to DL had to be cancelled. I contacted to change my stay but was not approved. I do not appreciate the hotel's lack of support for guests. I did not stay so I cannot rate the room facilities and hygiene.

When booking, it said that children from 6 years old will be charged extra, but when arriving, they said that children from 5 years old will be charged extra. The room is poorly soundproofed.
