Good and friendly service, clean rooms. Quick response to change rooms due to standing water in the bathroom. The drain line was slightly higher, preventing water from flowing smoothly into the drain.

So I extended my stay for a business trip. The pillows and mattress were comfortable for sleeping. Sleep is crucial for work. I recommend sinking into the soft pillows here. Food is cheap. There's Cafe Coffee, Toast, and the trendy IndoNue. The coffee is really good, I like it, dude. The hotel's location is no longer close to the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Menong, Lawang Sewu, Simpang Siur, and other popular malls. It's a great family hotel.

Budget hotel, I would say. You get what you pay for. The hotel is quite old and that’s the only thing that I can say. Service and location are excellent! Everything is a walking distance.

It's always a comfortable stay here. The staff is friendly, the cleanliness is top-notch, the amenities are complete, and there's prayer equipment. If you bring kids, as long as there's a swimming pool, they'll be happy.

The breakfast menu was very minimal. Just asking for two boiled eggs took almost an hour. Many dishes were already gone and never refilled. Dirty plates were simply taken from tables without being wiped, and restaurant staff were ignored after being reprimanded. Please improve the restaurant's management.

The room wasn't soundproof, and the guests next door were so noisy they came in and out laughing that I couldn't sleep. The twin room was small.

I stayed here overnight for a short staycation, and overall, it was quite a pleasant experience. I was even allowed to check in about an hour early, which was very helpful. The entire staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room was spacious enough for a solo traveler, clean, and comfortable. The hot water in the bathroom worked well. You do have to request a hairdryer from the front desk, but the process was easy and not a problem. The breakfast menu wasn't extensive, but it was quite tasty. One thing to be aware of is that, due to the older building, the rooms aren't particularly soundproof. The sound of people walking or talking in the hallway was still quite audible from inside. It wasn't a big deal for me, but it might be worth considering for guests who are sensitive to sound. The check-out process was also quick and efficient. Even though I only stayed one night, I enjoyed my stay here. With good service and a strategic location, Hotel Khas Semarang can be a comfortable choice for short stays or business trips in Semarang.

The hotel staff was friendly. The room was quite spacious. There were prayer robes, prayer mats, and a Quran in the room. A real plus.

Everything was good, but in room 705 that my husband and I occupied, the side of the mattress near the window was a bit saggy (not soft).
