Overall, it's good... But the parking rates are what shocked me, they're really expensive for motorbikes.

The owner's service was excellent. The AC wasn't cooling, so they immediately serviced it. Since I booked it for two nights, it's now comfortably cool again. Thank you.

The owner is fast response, the room is really clean, especially the bathroom, complete facilities—kitchen, drinking water, etc. There are towels and toiletries too. The room is at the end & the view is wider. So far so good, I stayed with my female friends, everyone felt comfortable, safe, and clean

Everything is good—the check-in/check-out information was well. All that I could only complain about was no water heater, so I needed to boil water using their water pan.

Lokasi seberang Mang Kabayan Margonda. Fasilitas kamar lengkap, ada kompor, kulkas, Wi-Fi. Bu Intan, owner ramah. Lokasi ini hunian hotel terdekat dengan UI kalau saya nengok anak saya yang kuliah di UI.

The rooms are quite neat, clean. It's just that the sink tap still comes out with water even though the tap is fully closed, the bathroom shower has a small amount of water but strangely the tap underneath is loud. Nice place.

Responsive, clean rooms, ok location, cooking & bathing utensils available, the minus is that the shower in room J1215 doesn't work & the corridor smells a bit unpleasant.

Great, cheap price, comfortable stay, things in Depok are in order

I chose Intan Apartment based on the reviews of previous guests. The apartment is closest to UI because my child has something to take care of at UI. The price is cheap compared to the hotels in Depok. The room is clean, Mrs. Intan is friendly if someone is not quick enough to provide a solution.

Padahal harganya ga murah, tapi standar relatif mahal. Tapi fasilitasnya ga banget. Bantal kempes, kamarnya sempit, cuma emang fast respon dan baik aja ownernya. Tapi saya pesan kamar kan buat istirahat.
