I stayed with my family. I booked a Grand Suite, one level below the Royal Suite, for around Rp 700,000, but I wasn't entirely satisfied. - The hallway on the 5th floor was quite dark compared to the very bright 6th floor. - My room was unclean, dusty, and smelled musty, as if it hadn't been used often. The bathroom sink drain was slightly clogged. The bathtub rim wasn't clean. - And worst of all, I couldn't sleep because the AC in the room wasn't cooling at all. I tried calling room service, but there was no response. - I got a room with a balcony, but the door wouldn't open; the hinges seemed broken. On the plus side, the breakfast menu was extensive and quite tasty. I ordered seafood fried noodles from NY restaurant, and the food was so fishy that I didn't eat it, only the seafood. The noodles were too soft. That's it; otherwise, it's not recommended, especially for a family with children.
