Stayed here from October 6-10, 2026. The location is quite strategic, easy access to many locations in BSD. The lobby atmosphere is comfortable and quiet. The bedroom is neat, clean, and spacious. Complete bathroom amenities including a hairdryer. There is a bathtub. A plus! The downside is that the water only comes out a little in the sink. I've told the staff, but they said because it's on the 6th floor, so the pump isn't strong enough. The toilet flush is also not very effective. Hot water is not always available. Maybe because it's shared with other customers. Breakfast is delicious, quite varied. The dining area is also quite aesthetic. There is a cafe upstairs that looks aesthetic at night, but I haven't had the chance to visit. Overall, it was still a pleasant stay, apart from the water issue.

There was a small cockroach that stopped by on top of the food box in the room, wow.

I got a room with a bad AC, but ended up moving to another room. The room and bed were very spacious, and the food was good.

The hotel is really hot, the lobby is hot, the restaurant is hot, the rooftop is hot, the rooms are hot, I think the AC needs to be repaired.

It was very pleasant. But there was a black stain on the pillow, and when I left, I received a call to pay a fine, even though the stain had been there the night before. The call wasn't from the hotel number, but from a different number. If it was the hotel number, I would have trusted it because I have the original hotel number.

Impressive.... only for the rooms, the insect treatment needs to be improved... The food is exciting and there are lots of choices...

When I was leaving at 4 p.m. and left the key with the receptionist, I asked them to drain the bathtub because it was clogged. I tried to unclog it myself, but it was stuck and wouldn't work. Then, when I returned to the hotel at 1 a.m., the bathtub was still full of water and completely clogged, and no one had helped fix it. I called the technician again, and they only arrived. I was very disappointed. Please improve the coordination between the receptionist and the technician. Honestly, I was really disappointed to come home so late at night, wanting to take a bath, but I couldn't. 😔. That's the only bad service.

The receptionist was not on standby, and the kitchen area when I saw it from outside, it was a bit dirty.

The food is delicious and varied, the room is spacious and the air conditioning is cool. However, there are very few power outlets, none next to the bed, so charging is difficult. The sink also takes a while to drain. I called a technician, but the problem persists. But so far, so good.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, and convenient location. It's a great place to stay. Hopefully, the service will continue to be consistent. Best of luck to The Grandtage.

Arriving at the hotel around midnight, my intention to end my vacation happily was a complete disaster. 6 bad points for Grantage: 1. The staff was VERY UNFRIENDLY 2. I was given the worst room 603. 3. While I was washing myself, black water came out! Disgusting. 4. The AC only blew air, which was really uncomfortable and hot. 5. The shower was rusty, so it felt like I was just squeezing water in and out of my reach. 6. The faucet for washing myself was so rusty, it was disgusting to use it. I've complained twice, and the hotel has shown no goodwill. The plumber did come, but why fix it when I was about to check out? Not with Grantage!

All is good, the food is delicious, there are just a few things missing, the fried food is a bit tough, the building is nice, the room is comfortable, the bathtub is clean
