Absolutely amazing!

The location is good, but the room is starting to look worn out. The bathroom amenities are starting to look worn out. The breakfast is very average, nothing impressive. We usually stay here every year because we want to take our parents to visit the Buddha statue festival and we got a room with a view of the Buddha statue. We made a reservation and contacted the hotel directly a month in advance to request a room with a view of the Buddha statue, and it was confirmed. But when it was time to check in, they said the room we requested and confirmed was already occupied. To be honest, I felt disappointed because we contacted them a month in advance. This will probably be the last time. Next year, I will probably stay somewhere else instead.

The staff are polite and provide good service. The room is clean and smells good. There is enough parking space for use.

The price through Traveloka is the cheapest when you press to book. It's cheaper than booking directly through the hotel. The room condition is acceptable. You only get two pillows. The bathroom smells like a drain. I personally think that there are few guests and it's not used much.

The room was good, clean and comfortable. When booking, breakfast was included. When we arrived at the accommodation, breakfast was only available for 1 person. If there were 2 people, an additional 150 baht would have to be paid for 1 person.

Everything is good. I would like to improve the TV system in the room. There are still problems. Sometimes it can be watched and sometimes it can't.

The long-haired female receptionist was not very friendly when checking in because we booked directly through the Taveloka website at the front desk. At first, I asked the female staff how much the walk-in price was. The female staff said 1,900 for a Grand deluxe Premium room. I asked the female staff if it was 1,190/night on Traveloka agent. The female receptionist replied that the room was full, but I said that it was listed here for booking. She was not happy. Then I asked back why I could book. The female staff replied that they would move the room. At first, they said it was full. When we got a cheaper price, we were not happy. And when talking to customers, they did not look at each other. They did not speak politely!! But the male receptionist was very polite.

The bed is very hard. It's not worth the price of 1,000 baht per night. My back hurts. I've stayed in Nakhon Pathom before, which was cheaper, but the bed was softer. With this high price, I should change the bed. I'm very disappointed with the bed.

The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is varied and everything is delicious.
