Plane cancelled due to force majeure. I asked for their statement, which is needed by Traveloka to appeal for a refund, but they couldn't even issue that. I know it's non-refundable, but I could appeal for a refund if they could provide this statement via email. I already tried to explain that Traveloka would cancel if they could provide this statement by email, but they wouldn't even send an email regarding this. It seems like they did it on purpose. Won't book this hotel again. It's just ridiculous and uncooperative.

The friendly staff from the receptionist to the restaurant waiters are very friendly towards the guests.

The room amenities are complete. Furthermore, the staff is incredibly friendly, from the front desk staff at check-in to the restaurant staff. At breakfast, the restaurant staff enthusiastically explained the menu.

Sorry, I put the gapi-gapi fish in the plant aquarium on the stairs on the 1st floor, hopefully it is useful.
