Having been to Pontianak several times to drop off and visit my children, this hotel is definitely my choice for a stay. The location is strategic, close to culinary spots, the mosque, and more. The staff and service are very friendly. Last time I was there in March 2026, I found out I had chosen the wrong room, not the one I usually choose when staying. The staff kindly informed me, and I was immediately upgraded. If the parking lot is full, the hotel staff is also very helpful with valet parking. I have never regretted staying at this hotel. Thank you.

Thankfully, my room was upgraded from superior to deluxe, but check-in was slow, with a wait of over an hour in the lobby due to the hotel's excuse: the limited housekeeping staff were on leave. In my opinion, it's unprofessional.

Everything was fine, but in the middle of the night there was a noisy sound of the staff's trolley in the corridor of the room & when I came home at night, I felt that the AC couldn't cool down until I was hot, even though in the afternoon the AC was quite cold.
