The accommodation was very good, quiet, close to the exam venue and the market. A motorbike taxi is recommended for getting to and from the accommodation because the alley is very narrow. However, I would like to suggest improvements to the bathroom. If possible, the bathroom floor should be replaced as it is more slippery than regular tile. Also, please refill the water bottles daily for guests staying longer than one night, and the towels are not very absorbent.

Strategic location, 10 minutes walk to the main road to find the center of activity (food and beverage sellers, coffee shops, traditional markets, minimarkets, pharmacies, Krung Sri ATMs, and many other shops). Transportation access is also quite easy from the Si Yan market bus stop there are buses to Krungthep Aphiwat station, Chatuchak, and from other nearby stops there are buses to Victory Monument, Siam Square, Pratunam, Khaosan Road, Sanam Luang. It is also close to the Payab boat pier if you want to try a boat ride on the Chao Phraya River to Wat Arun, Talat Noi, Songwat Road, Icon Siam, Sathon, Asiatique. The location is indeed in the middle of a housing complex but 24-hour access and safe. To order online transportation is also very easy.

Everything is good. The owner is very nice, and so is the housekeeper. But there is one thing that is annoying. The room upstairs is very noisy. I couldn't sleep at all. But overall, it's okay. That's all.
