Everything was great.. except for the check-in queue which only started at 4:00 PM, the queue was so long.. it was tiring to stand in line to check in.. next time I come here again, I want to look for a room near the lobby so I can just walk without waiting for the shuttle car. Oh yeah, apparently there's a difference between booking online and booking directly.. I don't get a goodie bag if I book online like this :(

A hotel and resort unlike any other: beautiful, green, with plenty of koi fish, fresh air, friendly and welcoming staff, and clean. The food is delicious, and the activities there are fun for the whole family.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and it was truly a wonderful experience. It's a great place for families and we've recommended it to our friends and family.

Overall, it's okay... The location is okay. The room comfort is okay. The hotel environment and facilities are top-notch...it creates a great holiday atmosphere. The cleanliness of the toilet and bathroom needs to be improved...really, considering we're with a family.

The best staycation experience! Everything was smooth from checking in to checking out. I arrived at the hotel around 10:30, before check-in time, so I left my things and sat around the hotel area. The hotel area is very comfortable, so it felt like my vacation had already begun even before I got a room. My husband prayed Friday prayers, and there's a mosque nearby and within walking distance. When I was able to check in, I was notified via WhatsApp (it turned out the room was ready around 12:00). Then I was taken by shuttle to the front of my room, and my things were also helped to carry. If you want to be picked up again by shuttle, you can just WhatsApp the receptionist. But the walk isn't actually far. It's quite a walk because the path goes from one end to the other, with beautiful views. The atmosphere in the room is very comfortable. The bed is spacious, clean, the bathroom is clean, there is a Smart TV (you just log in with your own account - for example, Netflix), there is a wardrobe and several tables so there is plenty of space to store your things. The balcony is also very comfortable for sitting around. I happened to book a Lake View. It was worth it because you can see the swans and feed the fish! If I heard correctly, because I ordered online, I got a free pack of fish food. Another complimentary bonus was free Photoshop. Apparently, there's a photographer vendor who collaborates with 4-5 star hotels for this. If I ever go to Yogyakarta, I'll definitely come back here again ✨

The room is very spacious. All staff are friendly. Please make sure to clean the bathroom properly and for breakfast also i was asking help to bring 3 cups of coffees but it was take quite long for coffee to come and it’s not hot ☹️. Overall, we enjoy stayed there.

The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious, the beds are big, and the breakfast has a lot of variety.

Overall it's good and satisfying, but there's a slight smell from the bathroom. I've tried cleaning it myself, but the smell still comes out.
