The bathroom space is too narrow, the hot water service in the bathroom is broken, the TV service is broken.

Very bad hotel. Located in town. When going up the stairs, there is a smell of hance.

The room is not well kept. We even got a torn towel! Management should improve overall cleanliness of the hotel.

The room especially the toilet are very dirty.

Water heater is not functioning, toilet bowl not able to flush, there is no soap or shampoo provided. No sink. The reception is very rude as well.

The toilet is dirty and smelly. There is no other hotel, so I had to sleep wearing a mask. Early in the morning I checked out and went to take a shower at the petrol station.

Very dirty and bad service. Have to wait for about 20 minute because the receptionist went out to fix thing. Found cockroach in the room. The toilet was not flushed from the previous guest. Auch leaving a bad smell

The cleanliness of the room is very unsatisfactory, the room smells musty, a lot of equipment and lights do not work, furniture is not well maintained and TV service is very limited broadcast, hahya the location is good because it is right in the center of Tanah Merah, Kelantan .... .

Pillow mattress like stone, bad bathroom a lot of leaks, other ok.

- Slow/no internet at all. - Breakfast is too cheap (only one menu: nasi goreng) during our stay. - Noisy. - There are thrashes on the table. So sad

Easy to deal with the staff, just the condition of the room is less clean than some .. the other one 👍 Suitable for the price.
