The mattress was orthopedic, so comfortable that I slept until past checkout time.

We arrived at night, and my stomach felt like it was empty. I saw on the paper that I could order food 24 hours. So I wanted to order, but I called the restaurant 5 times but they didn't pick up, I called the operator too, basically there were 3 people I could call but none of them picked up, finally I went downstairs and asked the staff, the girl called me to order from the restaurant but they didn't pick up, I called everyone too, oh sorry, she said the restaurant was closed, then I said, but on the paper it said it was open 24 hours, yeah, that's why we haven't updated it. Sigh, I'm too lazy to argue, my stomach is rumbling, I want to say this even though (If the paper hasn't updated, why put it in the room). After that, we went to look for food on the side of the road. Well, that's the only mistake there is. Everything else is safe

I stayed at Whizz Prime Hotel Pekanbaru for a short trip and was generally quite satisfied with the service. Overall, Whizz Prime is suitable for business trips or short stays, with its relatively affordable price and adequate service.
