The hotel itself is good, I would not booked for 3 nights if its not. We are a big group, in fact we've booked 4 rooms in this hotel! But the downside are your frontliners! Night prior our checked out, I've booked a van to bring us to pier for our early trip (5 AM) and requested for our breakfast to be packed since we cannot longer avail the dine-in meals because of the early departure, your frontdesk confirmed and agreed all of the request and told us that all of those will be ready at 5 AM. But what happened was the opposite one! I made a follow to the on-duty frontdesk 5 mins before 5 AM but muingon ra nga wala man inyo number diri sa request mam and restaurant will be open at 5:30 pa mam! What a sh*t! Dapat nanawag na ka sa mga kinsay tawagan or rather call the previous f-o-d kung ka kinsa to niya gibook ang iya gi-ingun na mga confirmed! Ug di ka mangasaba usa pa manawag! Palpak! Nag tricycle nalang mi padung ug pier kay walay van mitungha ug malate nami sa amu float, wala mi naka take out na ug food kay nag expect mi sa ready na nga packed breakfast nga giconfirmed! Take note, we had elder adults and children (1 and 3 years old) with us during the travel, imagine the hassle you brought us! If you did not confirmed prior nakakita pa unta mi ug other way! Your frontdesk should be properly trained before placing them on front! They should know their responsibilities as "hotel frontliners!" kay sila ang makadaot sa inyo nindut na unta nga hotel!
