The room is very comfortable, clean, complete room facilities, complete cooking utensils, smart TV, but unfortunately the mattress is hard so when you wake up your whole body aches :(

Actually, we have booked here many times, but yesterday we stayed for more than 3 days and when we entered the children's room, it turned out there was a lot of dust and the sheets hadn't been changed.

I'm from Kalimantan. It was a pleasure to stay here. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was perfect for relaxing, close to the mall.

The strategic location, right above the mall, makes it convenient for walking, shopping, and swimming. There's also a gym. Perfect for business or family events.

The security guard didn't provide a comfortable stay. They didn't even share the location, and there were no clear directions to the apartment, making it quite difficult for out-of-towners to find it. After finding the location and parking, I was told to find a random person to open my locker door, and I had to find and retrieve the key myself, like a thief. Upon arriving at the room, there weren't any tissues provided, nor were there any toiletries or toiletries like soap, shampoo, etc. The Wi-Fi password didn't match.

The room was clean, fragrant, and smelled great. Great facilities, and the owner was friendly. Although I was a bit confused at the beginning of check-in, I was finally able to communicate via WhatsApp with the officer during check-in. The room was clean and tidy.

Checking in was a bit complicated, like a puzzle movie. 😅😅 The apartment owner was also slow to respond to phone calls.
