New and clean, nice service, great hotel

The room is not soundproofed well, the air conditioning system is too poor, the room is hot There is no fan in the room The receptionist is very ok, but the room staff has a very boring person, talking to guests very impolitely (I don't want to say the name)

Rooms and hotel are a bit old. Food is mediocre.

Before I booked a 20m2 room, this time I booked a 24m2 room. But I still stayed in the same room, I don't understand. The refrigerator is not cold, 3* hotel but the TV does not connect to wifi. The blanket and sheets are not as dusty as before. Hopefully next time the hotel will change the TV to connect to wifi.

Tiny room. 3* hotel but TV has no youtube. Bedsheets are dusty, staying 2 nights must have inhaled half a kilo of dust from the bedsheets.

Convenient location, easy to find address, easy to book grab car, green sm.... Quiet hotel, near the Vietnam - Soviet cultural center. There are many local cafes and restaurants. The hotel has an elevator.

Tệ tệ phòng nhỏ không đúng như đặt trên aap nước uống thì chỉ được 330ml/1 người/ngày muon uong thi mua nước ở khách sạn thì quá đắt. tủ quần áo bẩn yêu cầu có ghế cũng không có so với giá thì quá đắt và tệ.Chán và rất chán

Hotel staff were all responsive to our needs and queries. We had an awesome stay. Daily buffet breakfast was well-prepared and perfect. We'll definitely stay there again when we come back to Hanoi.

The room is getting old and stuffy, not worth the price.

Location is great for exhibition at ICE. Only 5 min by walk. Room OK. Wifi not good.

Phòng không quá rộng nhưng được bài trí, sắp xếp gọn gàng, sạch sẽ, khoa học, tiện nghi. Đồ ăn sáng tương đối ổn, thuận tiện cho những người thích dùng bữa ngay tại khách sạn như mình. Sẽ quay trở lại khi có dịp công tác tại gần khu vực đó.

The room is like the picture, the location is convenient to go out to the central area (taking a taxi is quite cheap), around the hotel there are ok food services. Regarding the car parking section, the hotel does not have free parking, but it has to be sent by an external unit, falling between 150-200k overnight depending on the number of hours sent.

They canceled my booking without any notification. When I get the hotel, the reason was they need to fix something in the room. Is that reasonable? I had to book another hotel nearby for my business trip. So bad.

Good hotel, clean, enthusiastic staff. However, the soundproofing is not very good, the guests on the same floor close the door, I can hear it quite clearly, it is difficult to sleep at night because of this.
