The shower head was leaking in my bathroom, and this was not an isolated issue — my travel companion experienced the same problem in their room. The sink drained quite slowly. These are not major issues individually, but they give the impression that routine maintenance is lacking. 🐜 Cleanliness & Insects There were a few insects in the room (small flying bugs). Not many, but enough to make you feel uncomfortable. Small ants were found crawling on the bed and more frequently around the desk area. Many hotels provide mosquito coils or basic pest control options, but none were provided here by default. 💬 Service & Communication Staff members do not speak English, so all communication requires translation apps. While communication is still possible, needing to open a translation app every time reduces convenience, especially for small issues. That said, staff are generally willing to help. 🧹 Housekeeping The room is cleaned daily, which may be unnecessary for guests who prefer less frequent service. One day, one of the two bottles of water provided had already been opened. Another time, I asked the front desk for an extra bottle of water after exercising. Later, during housekeeping, they removed one of the regular daily bottles. I understand there may be a limit of two bottles per room per day, but small details like this make the hotel feel a bit overly strict. 🌐 Internet (Biggest downside) If you require stable internet, this hotel may not meet your needs. The WiFi is slow and unstable.

The room is nice, but not very soundproof. It's close to the city and convenient for transportation.

The room was clean, the floor was spotless and dust-free. The bed was wide and comfortable. The shower head holder was a bit upright, so I had to hold the showerhead. Cheap price, cool air conditioning, hot water, TV, but no elevator. Acceptable. Located in a 300 meter deep alley. In front of the hotel there are shops, parking, near Lanna Hospital, Lotus Khamthiang, and other places as shown in the picture.

The hotel is close to the city center but you have to take a vehicle (can't walk), the hotel is clean, there is free breakfast and food heaters
