Ease is not satisfactory. broken door. broken water heater. food is mediocre.

This hotel is located in the Youth Complex Building. Each initial check-in costs RM15 / h. No elevators are available. Therefore, the hotel is not user friendly to older travelers / seniors who have foot / knee problems due to the use of stairs. Breakfast provided has no choice. Cats roam around the hotel lobby. Spacious parking area.

The room was not clean & the sink was leaky.

Large room but the lack of good breakfast disappointment does not add to the food that's been exhausted.

I just checked in at 6/3/19 at 11:55 pm. The service of a male worker is very bad and pretending. I am convinced he is a new employee, for me new or old workers no issues, but customer service must take precedence. I come for megapixels and pay, not begging. Please take immediate action to prevent the customer from decreasing. Thank you.

Improve cleanliness, please keep the toilet bowl clean, check the kettle, fridge is very dirty. No towels as the staffs said not enough because hotel is fully booked but I noticed the parking area is empty!

Do not have the hot water shower and the attitude of the roommate and rude language.

the room is very comfortable . not expected that big . very in love with the hotel . I stay 1 day then I change my mind to stay at resort near beach the second day . but its not comfy like this hotel . I cancel the resort and get back to this hotel .

The hotel is adjacent to Pahang State administrative center.

It is really fun.

There was a small refrigerator available from the image. But when entered the room, the space for refrigerator was empty. When called the receptionist, she said they forgot to change the image yet. I really need the refrigerator so I asked if they could put my foods inside the refrigerator in the kitchen. But the receptionist said kitchen is already closed. No effort to help. I booked deluxe family room. Sadly, there were 3 single bed. 2 single beds were combine and it was not so comfortable for us. The plug point also broke down. One of the lamp button was not functioning, so that I could not switch off the light before sleep. My personal thought that the room was like student's hostel.

Inside room should have strength wifi connections

They should have a room tel phone foe easy call receptions and room connections call.
