Phòng rất bé,cái này là nhà nghỉ thôi chứ không phải khách sạn,chăn ga thay vẫn còn ẩm ướt. Vào phòng 5 phút tụi mình quyết định mất tiền thanh toán trước trên app để đi thuê phòng nơi khác.

The hotel has deteriorated, the musty smell even if the AC is on all the time, it still doesn't go away. The room is very small, the main door of the bathroom door is not in good condition, it is difficult to close, the wifi is flickering from time to time. The room seems to have not been cleaned for a long time, black mold and dust everywhere, garbage under the bed a lot. I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, after finishing the first day, I asked to move to another room because the smell was too strong and the window could not be locked. The staff is also enthusiastic and willing to change the room to a new room with a little less smell, but there is no wardrobe. The rest of the days my room was never cleaned or changed the pillows and towels and the trash can. The room has a TV but there is a remote. I paid in advance, so I had to stay because I couldn't refund :( The plus point is that the staff is pleasant and gentle, so I don't want to complain too much but I hope the hotel will see my review and fix it.

The hotel is quite well located. Gentle, friendly staff. However, my room was set, maybe when I put myself unnoticed, put the wrong type of room with only a fan without air conditioning. When I checked in, because there was no room with air conditioning to move down, I had to stay in a room with only that fan. The room is only about 5-6m2 wide, on the highest floor. In fact, they stopped the planks on the top floor so they could add a few rooms. In the closed room, ie there is no toilet and bathroom in the room, I have to go somewhere else, I don't want to find out where wc is anymore. Looking at the room is very boring. Opening the door, I could see the blankets, towels, and curtains that were washed out. I have automatically changed to a larger room, put the cost of 2 bookings into one if I want to stay in the air-conditioned room, or close more than 100k to switch down. Down to the room with air conditioning, the area is still so small, but air-conditioned and closed, the price is nearly double the price on the web. Sunday I had to go find another room. Because I trusted the previous reservations, this time I felt quite shocked and bad.
