Improve the room and toilet facilities

The hotel is close to the beach, just cross the road and you'll arrive. The only downside is that there's no wifi, and the parking lot is narrow, so cars are a bit crowded when the hotel is full. Apart from that, the service is friendly and clean.

I ordered a deluxe type but the room facilities were lacking, there was no wardrobe, no tissues, no hot water, breakfast was delivered to the room, not a buffet.

All the hotel facilities and services are quite satisfactory, the only drawback is that there is no water heater.

I'm really sorry, at that price the room is very, very small, there are cockroaches, the windows are very dirty, there are cobwebs, the staff is not alert, not friendly, no recommended.

The reception staff were too indifferent, stiff, not welcoming and not smiling. The AC facility was leaking and the bathroom shower faucet was broken. Too late for breakfast. The rest is not bad. Please pay attention to trivial matters and to immediately improve facilities and number of employees.

The lights are off 1. The door is difficult to open. AC is hot. You have to ask for towels first and be given them. There's no soap. Small water. Stuffy. Sad 😔😪

No need to have expectations. 1. There is no wifi. 2. Credit parking. 3. Just take packed rice for breakfast. 4. Towels need to be requested. 5. The swimming pool is poorly maintained. 6. Front and back of the hotel building. I got to the back and had to climb a narrow and uphill floor. 7. The bathroom shower is broken. 8. What number is my room number 70? I forgot. People were hanging clothes carelessly near the pool. The bras are all dried there.

The hotel staff including the receptionist were very unfriendly. The size of the room for that price is not very appropriate. The hotel was a bit dirty, the bathroom was not provided with soap and shampoo, instead it was kept near tea and coffee, glasses and drinking water were not provided. The AC is not cold. As for the food, I didn't have time to try it, because not long after checking in, we immediately checked out because the condition of the room was not comfortable.

The service is okay, the location is okay but the cleanliness of the balcony is lacking.

Lokasi strategis, pas depan pantai. Akses mudah, hotelnya juga cukup bersih. Rate nya pun murah. Proses reservasi via aplikasi cepat dan mudah. Terima kasih ya.

Alhamdulillah staff nya ramah, cuma disayangkan handuk, keset dan air mineral harus di minta, sarapan cukup bervariasi. Ac aman, shower rusak sehari dipake copot, air panas tidak berfungsi hanya hangat kuku kasian buat mandi anak.

Sering ke Pangandaran tp baru sekarang nginep di hotel ino karena hotel-hotel lain yang saya biasa menginap penuh semua. Jika dilihat di profil kaitannya cukup bagus, namun kesan setelah menginap di sini kurang bagus. Pertama, cek in harus nunggu lama, jam 14.30 belum bisa cek in, alasannya kamar belum siap. Kedua pas masuk kamar kebersihannya kurang, gak ada handuk dan keset, listrik sempat mati meski akhirnya bisa diperbaiki petugas, sarapan alakadarnya.

Service is slow response, breakfast should be at 7 info receptionist, there is only 8.

Bad service, small rooms, stuffy, and really dirty, no mat is provided when you leave the bathroom so it's muddy. Breakfast is very economical and tastes bad. The only thing that matters is the location. Everything else is BAD.
