I've never stayed in a hotel this bad. From the poorly designed, old, and unprofessional rooms to the broken telephone and the strong smell of mosquito repellent, there was no bellhop. The reception staff were also indifferent and unprofessional.

There was no parking, and the staff were unwelcoming upon arrival. The lobby was hot and stuffy, the toilets smelled bad, and the breakfast was meager and unappetizing.

The rooms were clean, spacious, well-equipped, and airy, so I recommend staying here. We left in a hurry and couldn't find any sea-view rooms, so we booked this hotel. Although it didn't have a sea view, it was very clean and had good service.

Our family of two adults and one child found the place spacious, airy, clean, and very satisfactory; it was perfect.

The room was old and not worth the price.

The hotel has a prime location, close to the city center. However, the lobby doesn't have air conditioning, and the rooms are a bit smaller than shown in the pictures.

The room was spacious and close to the city center, but since I stayed during the Sea Festival, walking was a bit inconvenient. The hotel required me to leave my ID card or deposit 500,000 VND, which I didn't like because the new ID card contains a lot of personal information, and I didn't want to be held up when the hotel had already taken a picture of my ID card. A 500,000 VND cash deposit was acceptable.

Generally speaking, you get what you pay for, so you can't expect too much, but a 4-star hotel like this only deserves a 2-star rating.

This hotel must have been built over 15 years ago; it's a bit old. The hotel has a swimming pool, but I didn't dare use it because the water was green with algae, as if it hadn't been maintained or cleaned in a long time. The hot water also took about 10 minutes to start heating up.

The room smelled bad. The blankets were dirty; we had to call reception to change them. The bedsheets were dirty. We booked a large bed but received two small beds joined together. We discussed this with reception, but the room still had two small beds joined together. There was a gap between the beds when we had a baby sleeping there. It was very uncomfortable.

The hotel was generally quite clean; however, they didn't thoroughly inspect and resolve the issue, leaving it up to my family. The bathroom sink was clogged, with debris stuck in the drain, preventing water from draining properly. We had to fix it ourselves to use the bathroom.

My family had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The biggest impression was the staff who were extremely enthusiastic and always ready to support. In particular, Trinh Van Hoan left a deep impression thanks to his thoughtfulness and professionalism - thanks to which we felt very comfortable during our stay. The hotel is located on a small street, so the sea view is somewhat limited by the surrounding buildings. However, the location is still extremely convenient, only 2~3 minutes walk to the sea - very suitable for those who want to enjoy the sea air every day. The room rate is reasonable, worthy of the quality of service. My family will definitely come back here on the next trip.

Super poor soundproofing. Horribly noisy. Consider carefully when booking a room here. There are very few power outlets in the room, only 1 near the sink and 1 at the head of the bed, and only 1 plug hole. The location is convenient to the beach. The breakfast buffet is average, not delicious, the menu is repetitive.

Don't believe the view photos above, the room is super small outside.

the service was really bad, we booked 5 rooms and one of them the air con wasn't working. We had to keep asking to change the room but got no luck, had to sleep with no air con for 1night. next day, we kept asking to change the room but again, got no luck, didn't get to change to another room till late evening but the room was smaller than what we booked for. really disappointed with the service, never came back again.

everything is fine, quite comfortable. hotel location is in the center, close to the beach or dining and entertainment areas. breakfast buffet is not as diverse as 4-star hotels.

Food is okay, not many dishes, clean room. Nice staff, but if you go by car, it's a bit tiring because there's no parking space and you have to wait for coordination. Still give 7/10 for reasonable accommodation price.
