The room is very comfortable and soundproof.

The toilet is dirty. I told them to clean it, but unfortunately, they said that the toilet is just like that. No changes.

The AC is not cold, I have complained but it is still not cold, the upper shower is not working, only the lower one is on.

The room was dirty and dusty, with dead cockroaches on the floor. The rain was pouring down through the windows at night, and the menu was very limited even though it was still mealtime. It could have been better.

The room was comfortable and fairly clean, but the bathroom smelled because the fan wasn't working. The TV wouldn't work at all.

For the 500,000-plus rupiah price, the room's amenities were adequate, but the cleanliness and fragrance of the room and bathroom were lacking. Breakfast couldn't be brought to the room because one of the hotel's residents, whose wife was sick, was unavailable, and the hotel staff wouldn't allow the husband to bring his wife's food to the room. 😅

Breakfast cannot be wrapped up and there is no takeaway breakfast available for those staying but have to check out early in the morning because they have to catch a very early flight.

In the bathroom there was still defecation, no toothbrush

The AC for the Beauty room drips water and the toilet door doesn't close properly and opens easily... Overall it's good.

The staff, some are a bit indifferent, but there are also some who are friendly.

Please judge for yourself, even I am fed up and regret staying here

Dirty, cramped, water not flowing, under the bed filled with rubbish, not in accordance with the promotion.

The staff is friendly and the rooms are quite good for those who want to visit, comfortable too.
