Impressed with the room but not impressed with the customer information provided and not impressed with the housekeeper who did not clean the room (stayed continuously). Came back to the room and found that the room had not been cleaned, no water, no tissue, so informed the staff that the room had not been cleaned. The staff then informed the housekeeper to come and clean. But the housekeeper walked to the room and said... that the customer did not inform the staff, but the staff did not inform about this and told to hang a cleaning sign, but there was no cleaning sign in the room. Then the housekeeper walked over and told the customer that it was almost time to get off work, cleaning time was over, which the housekeeper had to inform the receptionist and the staff had to solve this problem themselves by not informing the details. Most importantly, no water or tissue paper was brought, even though the reservation was for 2 nights. P.S. Very disappointed with what the housekeeper said. In fact, the housekeeper should have communicated with the staff from the beginning of the coordination. When we said that we had to talk to the staff about this, they cleaned the room.
