The place is in the middle of the city, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is also quite good.

The staff is friendly and the hotel is very comfortable.

In our opinion, if you go to Berau, this hotel is highly recommended.

The staff is friendly and helpful, but the rooms need some maintenance. I stayed in room 606 twice, but there was white mold on the ceiling above the window and the AC was noisy, which disturbed my sleep. Hopefully, this will be reviewed. So far, it's recommended for its strategic location, close to a minimarket, pizza, KFC, and a cafe right in front.

The room's AC was leaking a lot of water and we were moved to a smaller room, so on the 3rd day we felt less satisfied.

The food is delicious but not varied, 5 nights stay the menu is 90% the same :)) the elevator is really slow, needs to be fixed/added, Netflix can't be accessed, the staff are friendly but a bit slow because they were asked to clean the room but they didn't clean it even though they had a "clean my room" sign, the shower water is not hot enough and sometimes it's just cold, but the massage chair and gym are great, unfortunately the gym is closed during holidays and the hotel staff don't connect the info if the gym is closed :')
