1. When checking in, the receptionist said there was a fruit plate in the refrigerator, the hotel invited it. Actually, there wasn't, they called down and said they didn't see it, so they brought it up.

2. 4-star hotel but there was no tissue box in the room. Called down to the reception, it took about 15 minutes for someone to bring it up.

3. Hot and cold water tap connections are not consistent and follow common standards.
- Wash basin: The hot water tap is on the right. If you don't pay attention, you will get burned.
- Bathtub: The hot water tap is on the left.

4. Despite being called a 4-star hotel, the room hygiene is not rated any stars because the table is not cleaned properly, streaked, and dirty.
