Stayed here for a while and it's a 10/10! Perfect for sleep, work, and chill. The place is super cozy and clean. Love the laid-back vibe, just right for lazy days. Food options are plenty around, so no worries about food! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a chill spot in BSD

Friendly staff, good service, clean rooms, though not as well-equipped as hotels. Recommended for those planning concerts or events at Qbig and ICE, which are quite close (you'll need to take a motorcycle taxi). Check-in and check-out times are according to the app. Ample parking for motorcycles and cars, and 24-hour security. A four-story building, with accommodations only on the third floor; the other floors are premium cove boarding houses. There's a food court in front of the inn, with plenty of snacks, just a short walk away. Toothbrushes and soap are provided. The neighborhood is very conducive, quiet, and comfortable. Overall, this is a great value for the price.

Access OK. Close to everywhere. Hot water OK. Toiletries OK. Cleanliness OK. Local TV channels are quite good. No water heater + cups, in the kitchen found one but had to be washed first. Hot water dispenser stand by ready. Room 310 kitchen is right in front of the room. There is a balcony, so... not really sound proof. Right in the cafe next door there is also a nobar... 😅

The location is strategic near Rawa Buntu Station. The process of check-in was smooth and good. The WiFi is easy to access and the room is spacious with minimum amenities. The good balcony what I can say is point plus.

Accommodation combined with elite boarding houses in the BSD area. The place is very comfortable, the rooms are clean, the AC is cold, the staff is friendly. Because this accommodation is combined with boarding houses, there is a dining room in the corridor between the rooms. There is also a stove and refrigerator and it is equipped with a water dispenser that can choose cold or hot. Because this is a boarding house, the parking inside actually belongs to the boarder, but the staff said that because the boarding house occupant was going home, it could be used. If not, you have to park outside (still in 1 complex guarded by security guards with 1 gate system). The location is close to a snack shop, so you don't have to be confused if you are hungry. The location is about 5 km from ice bsd which is just straight but passes 3x red lights that make BT. It can be tried for those looking for 300 thousand rupiah accommodation in the BSD area or there is an event at ice bsd5.

1. Vehicles are only allowed to park outside the building area (only for residents, not daily renters) 2. No additional short time so I worked overtime and arrived at 4 am and had to leave at 12 noon. (I was still quite sleepy and had a headache when I checked out) 3. Overall, I had a comfortable sleep. I stayed for one night. The staff is friendly. There is an elevator which makes it very easy for guests who bring suitcases. The room is clean. All the facilities provided are in good condition and function well, there is also a pantry. Towels and toiletries are provided. The sheets and others are quite clean and comfortable. Access is very easy. Very close to places to eat such as food courts, cafes, and also minimarkets. Recommended for those who are staying for a while in the BSD area. 👍.

The place is nice, the bathroom is clean, the AC is cold pol, the bed is also clean, the wifi is fast. Near snacks and places to eat too. Really recommend it 👍👌.

The pictures were accurate, staying here is much better than the surrounding hotels and reddoorz. The staff are great, especially Ms. Dian, she was super helpful and always asked if I needed anything. The only reason I stayed here was due to her customer service.
