Very strategic location for holidays around Kuta Beach

The location is very strategic, close to everywhere because it is in the middle of the busy center of Kuta Beach.

The room is okay..cleanliness is okay..service is okay and fast..

breakfast was great, but pizza during new years eve was horrible, dry and cheese not melting, totally different from the picture (maybe because I'm ordering on 12 midnight), thank you to housekeeping for cleaning my room every morning, even though the dirt on curtains still there for 4 days, all staf was friendly, free mini bar and chocolate bar everyday,, the worst was the AC, very Old noises and not cold enough Level Jet 16°C, for 2 nights, and 3nd night my last night stay it was little bit cold because they washed (4 times they try to fix it and there's is no double check from them it was okay or no, poor service). I can't complain anymore cause location very strategic, makes me bit better staycation in this hotel

The hotel isn't that big, but it's pleasant. Clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location... awesome. It's just that the parking lot isn't spacious.

It's been our 3rd year celebrating New Year at Yans Hotel and this year it was even more memorable and more festive. All the food was delicious, the location is the best, the staff are friendly and the rooms are spacious, clean and have cool air conditioning. In short, Yans Hotel is our family's favorite hotel.

Love the themed rooms. It's also very close to Kuta Beach. Perfect for families.

The hotel experience me a terrible journey. The water at the toilet and bathroom was off, and I need to wait for 20-30 minutes, but the technician didn’t come. Then, I waited another 20-30 minutes. After the water was fixed, the trouble comes again, the water is suck. I have to waited another time again for a clean water! And the staff only provide me solution to take a shower at another check out room. The hotel only provided me a proper solution after I complained. Is it a proper hospitality (?)

Nice and clean but unfortunately the front area is being renovated so you have to go up and down the basement

the staffs were friendly, they have me welcome drink and a cookie. Another day they have me chocolate. The place is strategic, unfortunately, the hotel is still in renovation process and the air conditioner was noisy

Unfortunately I came when the restaurant was being renovated, overall it was good

The rooms are clean although a bit damp, the hotel staff is friendly

Spacious room and everything I need were available. Just 8 minutes walking distance from Kuta’s area. Looking forward for next visit after the renovation

Due to renovations, access in and out is a bit difficult. You have to go to the basement first. I got a room decorated with synthetic grass (not very child-friendly).

Cool and steady, comfortable also for strategic location

Everything was actually quite good, but what was annoying was that the housekeeper recklessly entered the room and opened it (just to give me chocolate?), seriously invading my privacy. Even when I was still in the room and doing very private activities. None of the rooms seemed to have double locks (chains). It's quite worrying if the housekeeper could enter the room, whether we were doing private things or perhaps while we were sleeping.

I booked 2 rooms, Victorian and Quadruple..Victorian room was so amazing, on the 3rd floor, good light coming in..but for the Quadruple room, it was very gloomy..no sunlight coming in, the cellphone network was also very bad..as for the food, it was very standard :(

It's a great hotel in a fanstatic area. The room is large, the bed is so comfortable, the staff is so helpful and friendly. And I had all these great experience with a price of US$ 25 per night, with a delicious breakfast. I definitely will stay here again if I come back to Bali.
