I booked 4 rooms, was put in the B zone of the hotel where it seemed like no one stayed for a whole year. The hotel location is very nice but the hotel is much degraded. Wet rooms, bathroom with no water, no towels in the room. Poor breakfast. We booked a room here for 3-star hotels and a famous tourist brand in Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh managed but very disappointed. Need to say more is a polite, enthusiastic staff.
