The hotel location is very strategic close to Kuching Waterfront, culinary in Padungan and shopping places typical of Kuching. The staff is friendly, the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel area is also well maintained. I stayed 2 nights and will stay here again if I contact Kuching again

Booked this hotel after reading good reviews from previous customers. But the reality is not like the reviews. The room is cramped, the toilet drain smells bad and the breakfast needs to be improved.

Very short stay, late check-in and early checkout, but overall I had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, staff were friendly, and everything was well taken care of. Highly recommended.

For the price, the rooms are spacious and quite clean.

The check-in/out process is fast, the shower is very strong, the location is right in front of the city icon, the cat statue, next to the lobby there is Sevel which is open 24 hours 🫶

everything smooth start from check untill check out.but my next door make so noisy and can hear inside my room..they all make like a karaoke room.after i report to front desk,within 5minute maybe everything in silent.
